Resources
Here are some of my favorite people and resources in this space. Just because I'm recommending it doesn't mean I endorse every little bit. Please read discerningly, and always involve wise and trusted people when making decisions.

Online Peer Support
This can be tricky. Surviving Antidepressants is the oldest forum on this topic, but it's often closed to new registrations. There are various large groups on Facebook, but they vary widely in helpfulness, and there are lots of words you can't say because of Meta's terms of service.
Angie Peacock and her team run excellent (paid) peer support calls, and I plan to offer groups soon as well. I may also create a private, free withdrawal peer support community using Circle (so we can't get booted by Meta). Please join my email list to be the first to know about these and other support options!
