I'm Now Offering 1-1 Withdrawal Coaching
I have a really exciting announcement: I’m finally seeing clients again! I'm opening up my schedule to meet with anyone who would like support for withdrawal. If you're looking for encouragement, direction, or just someone who gets it... I'm here.
During withdrawal, I felt like my life was ruined. I truly believed my best days were over—that I’d never function normally or enjoy life again. The symptoms felt unbearable, and the sense of loss and failure was overwhelming.
But I’m here to tell you: those feelings aren’t the truth.
Healing is real. I’ve lived it. I'm over 20 months off, and over the past few weeks I was hiking the Appalachian Trail with six kids, flying to Florida to see friends, going to my kids’ piano and dance recitals, and just living life again... laughing, eating normally, doing laundry, running errands. Things I once thought I’d never do again.
If you're in the middle of that crushing season, where life feels impossible and the suffering is constant, please know it won’t last forever. Withdrawal has a time limit. Your ability to function and enjoy life will return.
And if you’d like someone to walk with you through it, I would love to meet with you.
About the Coaching
I’m a licensed counselor in the state of Maryland, but in this context, I’ll be meeting with you as a withdrawal coach, not as a therapist. That means no diagnosis, no insurance, no medical paperwork, just personal support. I’ll draw on my training and my own experience to offer you the kind of practical, hope-filled guidance that helped me get through the worst of it.
You can check my availability and book a call at lifeaftermeds.com/meet.
If these videos are helpful, I’m so glad. And if you’d like to go deeper one-on-one, I’d be honored to talk with you.
Better days are coming. Healing is on the way.
